What happens next
Every request goes to one person, not a queue. Brian Conner, Sr. Director of Client Relations, reads it against three things: product category, target volume, and formula status. You get a reply within two business days — a call time, a couple of follow-up questions, or a straight answer that Chaé is not the right fit. Nobody gets left waiting to find out.
- Brian reviews the request. Category, volume, formula status, and timeline. If something is missing he asks; if the fit is clear he books the call.
- A 30-minute review call. Formula, packaging, volume, and what your current manufacturer can or can’t do. Linda Chaé or Ricardo Bobian joins when the formula needs a chemist’s eye.
- A written scope. What Chaé needs from you, what testing to plan, whether a pilot batch is required, and the earliest realistic run window.
- A quote and a date. Pricing by run size, lead time to the first batch, and the reorder cadence after it.
